KJO Conducts the Safety Campaign - 2023

On Wednesday, October 18th, 2023, A/C-JOC Eng. Nayef A. Al-Anazi, inaugurated the Safety Campaign 2023, in KJO Office Park Lobby, under the slogan “Safe Work is Smart Work, Wear PPE to Make It Work”.
Organized by ISD Loss Prevention Division in collaboration with PGD, the campaign aimed to raise awareness about the importance of wearing personal protective equipment and ran until October 22nd, 2023.
The opening ceremony was attended by EDI Ibrahim A. Al-Dossary, EDO Dr. Faisal Al-Thawad, and EDB Abdullah M. Al-Qahtani, together with a number of managers, superintendents, supervisors and employees.
MIS Sultan Al-Sadoun emphasized that KJO is keen to enhance the occupational safety, provide safe and secure work environment, and protect the human resources from the injuries related to the various hazards of work environment, in line with the slogan “Safety First”.
Following a tour of the campaign exhibition sections, Eng. Al-Anazi honored the winners of the safety award from MSD and the participating companies.
The attendees then proceeded to the forum, held alongside the exhibition, where the Loss Prevention Division distributed campaign giveaways.
The next day, LPD employees visited the Gathering Station in the Offshore Area, and the Southern Area, engaged with the employees, emphasized the importance of PPE, addressed their inquiries, and distributed gifts. They highlighted KJO’s commitment towards ensuring the well-being of its employees and contractors.
It is worth mentioning that KJO organizes this campaign annually to spread awareness about safety, promote safety measures and procedures, and ultimately prevent accidents and provide a safe work environment for its employees.
