Dear KJO Colleagues,
On behalf of KJO’s Joint Operating Committee, and with the beginning of the new Hijri year 1442, I would like to take this opportunity to shed some light on the major achievements that KJO witnessed the past Hijri year, which is a source of pride for all of us and delineated a unique model of effective partnership and operational excellence towards achieving shareholders’ objectives by resuming production in record time, in line with safety and environmental standards, at the highest levels of quality, and without any accidents.
In this regard, I would like to express my deep appreciation and gratitude for the dedicated efforts that you have put in and continue to put it to ensure business continuity at the highest level of quality and efficiency, especially in light of the ensuing COVID-19 pandemic, which has affected all countries worldwide, including us. KJO has proactively taken precautionary measures to curb the spread of the virus and to minimize its adverse effects on our business, and put in place effective plans for sanitization and follow up, in strict compliance with applicable workplace health precautions.
Despite the numerous challenges that we have faced in recent times, we have nonetheless managed to successfully overcome all those challenges and to reduce all associated risks; all due to our strong teamwork and diligent efforts to achieve our joint operations’ goals at unprecedented levels of harmony and coordination.
It is certainly a source of pride for all of us at KJO to be blessed with such an exceptional, professional, and effective team, which has been played the pivotal role in ensuring the continuity of production operations and the timely delivery of shipments to their intended clients.
