On the 2nd of March, Al-Khafji Governor Mohammed bin Sultan Al-Hazza inaugurates the activities of the International Day of Civil Defense, sponsored by [Aramco Gulf Operations]. Al-Khafji Mall has been chosen to be the venue for the events that will be witnessed by the public.
This year's celebration slogan is: [Sustainable Development Without Risks] which stands for:
- Risk protection.
- Sustainability and hope.
- Agricultural development.
- Industrial development.
The utter logo of the ring shape that symbolizes sustainability, came a circular shape like gears working permanently (Industrial Development) and the three papers buds of Spring (Agricultural Development) embraced by a hand that symbolizes its security from any risks.
