Under the Title "You Are My Partner in D&WO Division" KJO holds the 1st Drilling and Workover Exhibition



Khafji Joint Operations held the first exhibition of the drilling and workover from 17-19 February this year. The event was organized by the Exploration and Development Department at KJO Office Park. The Exhibition received many members in the joint operations including C-JOC Eng. Abdullah Helal, KGOC CEO Eng. Ali Al-Shammari, KGOC CEO Deputy of KJO Directorate Eng. Yusuf Ali, EDH Eng. Hussein Al-Rashoud, EDP Eng. Mutlaq Al-Khodair, EDB Eng. Al-Ajmi A/EDO Eng. Mohammed Subaie, A/EDI Eng. Mohammed Al-Ghamdi as well as KJO Managers, KJO Senior staff, contractors and delegates from the participating companies. The show featured number of International companies. The opening ceremony started with a safety note delivered by Eng. Ahmad Al-Wazzan and later invited Superintendent of Drilling and Workover Eng. Abdullah Al-Fawaz to deliver the welcome note. Later A/MEX Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Musaied took floor to briefly overview EDD achievements and commended PGD,ISD and CBD for their efforts in organizing the ceremony. Thereafter , C-JOC Eng. Abdullah Al-Helal came to stage to deliver his speech, focusing the light on the outstanding joint relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Kuwait. He also delivered a different note in his speech appreciating the contracting companies' and EDD's efforts for successfully arranging the first Drilling and Workover Exhibition. KGOC CEO Eng. Ali Al-Shammari later took stage to deliver his word stating appreciations and regards to the participating companies and the organizers. And Thereafter, the exhibition was opened.

The aim of this exhibition is to invite international companies specialized in drilling and workover to display and offer their experience, expertise and promote research application and technological advancement in the field of drilling and workover through the vision of engineers and practitioners in this field . Another main objective of this exhibition is to introduce the participating companies for manpower training which serves the oil and energy companies.
