On the 23rd of December 2013, KJO opened their HSE Campaign in the presence of C-JOC Eng. Abdullah Al Helal, Al-Khafji Governor, managers of Al-Khafji governmental departments, Executive Directors, KJO department managers, contractors with KJO, and a number of employees.
