AGOC Board of Directors Holds Its 53rd Meeting
On Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, the Board of Directors of Aramco Gulf Operations (AGOC) held its 53rd meeting in Kempinski Al-Othman Hotel, Khobar City, under the chairmanship of Eng. Khalid Al-Buraik, and membership of Ali Al-Ajmi, Abdul Hameed Al-Rasheed, Majed Al-Tayeb and Ibrahim Al-Arna’out, as well as the Board assistant secretary Badr Al-Sadoun.
The meeting was attended also by the members of AGOC executive management; namely; Abdullah Al-Otaibi, Ibrahim Al-Dousari, Mohammad Al-Saloum, Tawfiq Al-Ateeq, and Abdullah Al-Fawaz, together with P&CEO Office Manager Bander Al-Shammari.
The meeting discussed the agenda and took the required resolutions regarding it. Faisal Al-Shammari and Khaldoun Ibrahim made the presentations of the meeting.
