KJO Organizes a Cleaning Campaign for Khafji Beach
On Sunday, August 27th, 2023, the Community and Business Services Department (CBD), Cleaning and Recycling Division, organized a cleaning campaign for Khafji Beach, under the guidance of MCB Eng. Mohammad Khalil, and the supervision of the Acting Superintendent of Business Services Division; Mr. Mohammad Al-Enazi.
The campaign was part of KJO ongoing efforts to clean and maintain the environment within and outside its operating area. The campaign included removing all wastes and garbage along Khafji Beach to ensure the preservation of the environment and the safety of the visitors.
The campaign ran until August 30th, and was organized into two shifts: a morning shift from 5:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M, and an evening shift from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The team of the campaign was pleased to have successfully completed this distinguished campaign and expressed their readiness to arrange similar campaigns in the future when necessary.
